We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for processing.
How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect product. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
