If your location is not eligible for delivery, our team will contact you promptly to offer a solution or a full refund.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that all orders include a processing time of 2–5 business days before shipment.

• Canada & Europe: 8–15 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
• Asia: 8–15 business days
• Central & South America: 10–20 business days
• Africa: 15–30 business days
Maximum delivery time: 45 business days (including processing).
Customs delays or peak season traffic may affect actual delivery windows.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking info to appear in the system.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, contact us and we’ll assist right away.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
If the error is on our end, we’ll reship your order at no additional cost.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes based on your country’s regulations.
